Nissim joined the firm in 2006 and was appointed a partner in 2007 after a career of 13 years in the Israeli Tax Authority, where his last position was Deputy Assessing Officer in Petah Tikva. In that capacity he controlled and managed all assessing and collection aspects of the office. Nisim is a partner in the firm's tax department and he provides consulting services and ongoing support to a wide range of companies on Israeli taxation – mergers and acquisitions, capital market taxation and personal tax. Nissim heads the tax sector field in the completion year of studies at the Open University. Nissim is an associate lecturer at the faculty of accounting at the Tel Aviv University and has lectured at various Israeli academic institutions. Nissim is among the authors of a series of text books and guides of the Open University in all income tax aspects learned as part of the BA degree. Nissim is a member of the liaison committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel with the Tax Authority. Nissim has significant experience in accompanying and giving tax advice to public companies in Israel as well as Israeli companies whose shares are listed in the US. In addition Nissim has extensive experience in accompanying and giving tax advice to Government companies.
